New pet friendly condos in Boca Raton Florida have just broken ground. Tower 155, which has been selling for the past two years has just broken ground in downtown Boca Raton. Although pet-friendly condos can sometimes be hard to find in Boca Raton, that is not the case here.
Tower 155 is currently under construction in downtown Boca Raton, where building has gone wild the past couple of years and continues to do so. Tower 155 is located 155 East Boca Raton Road, just south of Mizner Park.
The building will be modern in design. Tower 155 offers one, two and three-bedroom luxury residences starting approximately 1155 
square feet and up, including condominiums, townhouses and penthouses. Prices start in the mid-$ 500s.
Tower 155 sits at the south end of Mizner Park in Boca Raton and will have a sundeck overlooking Mizner Park, with a wading pool, hot tub, chaise lounges, private cabanas and a bar.
